At Alternative Touch, all our products are handmade and crafted to order.
1. Preparation Time
Since every item is made-to-order, it takes 7-14 business days to craft your product before shipping.
2. Shipping Availability
We currently offer shipping exclusively within India. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India will not be processed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
4. Delivery Time
Once your order is ready, it will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
(Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we will assist you promptly.
(Note: Alternative Touch is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or package not being delivered caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
8. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can assist you with the return or replacement.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the issue must be provided.
